It's Not Just About Living Longer...

Hello Reader,

What good is living to 100 if we don't feel good enough to enjoy it?

We hear so much about longevity these days. Everyone wants to know how to live longer, but I think there's an even more important conversation we should be having.

How do live those extra years feeling amazing and healthy??

I always enjoy listening to Dr. Amy Shah's Save Yourself Podcast, so when I heard that Shaklee's Chairman and CEO, Roger Barnett, was going to be a guest, I knew I had to tune in! They explore a topic I'm especially passionate about: healthy aging and what we can do TODAY to support our health for years to come.

Your Age Is More Than Just a Number

Here's something interesting. Your chronological age and biological age aren't necessarily the same thing!

Your chronological age is simply how many years you've been alive. Your biological age reflects how your body is aging, and two people who are the exact same age can have very different biological ages.

In this episode, Roger and Dr. Shah discuss how nutrition, supplementation, movement, sleep, and our everyday habits can influence how we age. And something I really appreciate about this conversation is that longevity isn't about one miracle product or quick fix. It's about the daily choices we make to support our bodies and maintain our quality of life.

If you're interested in staying strong, feeling good, and enjoying life to the fullest as you get older, I think you'll really enjoy this episode!

A Few of My Healthy Aging Favorites

You know I'm a big believer that healthy aging starts with the basics. Nourishing our bodies, staying active, getting enough sleep, and making small, consistent choices that support our overall well-being. And while there's no magic solution to aging well, there are a few products I love and wanted to share with you!

Life Shake™ Plant Protein

You KNOW how much I talk about protein! It's so important for maintaining muscle and strength as we age, and Life Shake makes it easy to get a little extra protein into your day.

And since we're officially in fall mode, I have to mention the seasonal Salted Caramel flavor! Such a fun way to switch up your usual smoothie.

Vivix+™

Healthy aging is about so much more than how we look. It's about taking care of ourselves from the inside out and thinking about our long-term health.

Vivix+ is another Shaklee supplement I wanted to share, especially with all this talk about longevity and supporting our bodies as we get older.

Liquid BioCell® Life+

If you've followed along with my facelift journey, you may remember me talking about Liquid BioCell Life+! It's something I incorporated into my pre- and post-surgery wellness routine.

It's a liquid collagen supplement formulated with collagen, hyaluronic acid, and chondroitin sulfate, ingredients associated with connective tissue and joint health.

As we get older, our bodies naturally produce less collagen, so it's one of the areas I've become more interested in when it comes to supporting my overall wellness.
