Cranberry Orange Relish

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz [340.2 g] Cranberries (Fresh)
  • 1 medium (2-5/8" dia) [131 g] Orange (Zest 1 tbsp of the orange peel and set the orange segments aside)
  • 2 tbsp [42 g] Honey
  • 0.25 tsp [0.57 g] Cinnamon
  • 1 dash [0.63 ml] Kosher Salt

Instructions:

  1. Add cranberries, orange segments, honey, zest, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt to a food processor.
  2. Pulse until finely chopped and well mixed. Add more sweetener as desired.
  3. Pour mixture into a separate bowl, and then chill for 30 minutes before serving for flavors to meld. Sprinkle orange zest over the relish before serving.
